My biggest fear was that additional “unforeseen” cost you hear so much about but there wasnt one! There were a couple surprises but they handled the issues in stride and finished on time! When my basement and bar were finished it looked like I paid a million for it, but not even close to what we paid for because John and Kim are real pros at this and like magic they transform my basement into a family room that my family never wants to leave we are in it all the time now and our bathroom and new shower is amazing too.
